As spring unfolds its vibrant tapestry, it’s time for your own transformation. Just like tending to a garden, clear away doubts like weeds, nurture yourself like a precious bloom, and plant the seeds of fresh beginnings. This season, let yourself flourish.
A MESSAGE FROM OUR DIRECTORS
OUR HEART
We as the leaders of Alpha desire to see all people who partner with us flourish in their professional and personal lives.
We understand the brokenness and hopelessness that our employees have encountered and have to navigate on their own on a daily basis. It is our hope that the Chaplaincy will come along side you to meet you where you are at in your life both professionally and personally.
We want to see you thrive in your personal lives and believe that the Chaplaincy will provide you with compassionate counsel without agenda to support you with the trauma or difficulties you may encounter on a day-to-day basis.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
– Jeremiah 29:11
HOW
We see our hearts and minds as a garden, as Chaplains, we serve you as “gardeners” and tend to the soil by removing the weeds and obstacles that inhibit your garden from flourishing.
Well-prepared soil enables you to sow the seeds of life and health that will yield an abundant harvest.

Daniel Soobramoney
I Daniel Soobramoney known as Dan have been working with the managing partners for 2 years and 9 Months, I have been a Team Leader on various campaigns. Outside of work I am a Pastor, working with people from all walks of life.
I am certainly looking forward to the chaplaincy role at Alpha, to support, care and encourage our staff and let them know that everybody needs somebody, and we are here for them.
“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: Marvellous are thy works: And that my soul knoweth right well.”
Psalm 139:14
Christine Bipulprasad
I started working with the managing partners a year ago as the receptionist, I’ve discovered the profound impact of a simple smile in shaping the environment.
I’m a Naturalist & Aromatherapist that loves God our creator, people & gardening. Similar to gardens where seeds must break to sprout, I believe in our perpetual ‘evergreen’ essence across seasons. My purpose unfolds in fostering robust growth, healing and wholeness – nourishing body, mind and heart.
“Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them-not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve.”
1 Peter 5 verse 2
